    Artist's Studio 

    Original Spode Factory Site

    10am to 5pm Tuesday - Saturday, 12noon - 5pm Sunday


    Using the Scrapbank (Resources collected from the original Spode site) the BCB team and some of teh exhibiting artists will be running a series of workshops in the artists' studio that will give visitors the opportunity to learn about a range of different ceramic processes, see ceramic artists/designer makers in action as well as have a go themselves.

    Flux Live @Spode 

     Friday 28 & Sunday 30 October, 11am - 4pm

    See Jenna Stanton using Spode and Flux decals to create new work for BCB.


    Drop in session with Nicky Blaize

    Saturday 29 October, 10am - 4pm
    Have a go at mono printing and your creation will be added to our wall of plates.


    Re-mould workshop

    Saturday 29 October, 10am – 12pm
    Join us for a morning of making. Inspired by the mould store at the original Spode factory site you will be able to use a variety of moulds to cast and then alter pieces of tableware to create your very own up-cycled ware. What you make is only limited by your imagination.

    Whilst you are on site look out for artist Dave Newey who is designing decals for the BCB mugs, his illustrations are inspired by the BCB
